Job Summary

The successful candidate will lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, drive operational excellence, and enable business growth through data-driven decision-making and collaboration across functions.

• Develop and execute end-to-end demand and supply planning strategies to ensure consistent product availability while minimizing waste and obsolescence.
• Lead inventory planning initiatives to optimize stock levels, reduce working capital, and improve inventory turnover.
• Implement best practices for efficient inventory management, ensuring alignment with business objectives and demand fluctuations.
• Lead the S&OP process, ensuring effective collaboration between demand planning, supply planning, commercial, finance, and operations teams.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on demand and supply priorities, facilitating trade-offs between cost, cash, and service.
• Ensure S&OP execution aligns with business targets, identifying and mitigating risks to supply continuity.
• Own and improve supply planning processes through data analytics, automation, and process standardization.
• Ensure effective use of advance planning systems to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain to increase agility and resilience.
• Manage a team of approximately 25 people, providing leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities.
• Act as a key liaison between supply chain, commercial, finance, and manufacturing teams to drive seamless collaboration.
• Provide strategic leadership to the supply planning team, developing capabilities and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve supply chain performance.

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning within multinational environments, preferably in FMCG or OTC healthcare (FMCH) industries.
• Proven experience in leading S&OP processes and execution.
• Strong understanding of demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, and inventory management principles.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Kinaxis, OMP, SO99 or other advanced planning systems.
• Experience in online supply chain businesses is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence and drive change across functions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Green or Black Belt certification is a plus.
