About your role
As an analyst / consultant with CRL team, your role will include the following;- Advise clients on their Demand and Supply planning, Trade promotion management, Logistics management, Store modernization, Omni-channel Order Management and Merchandise Management among many others
- Define the Digital roadmap for transformation, Digital TOM, Legacy modernization and address complex business challenges
- As a Subject Matter Expert from the CRL team, manage projects and IT implementations in SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Cloud among others
- Work with the client to understand key business requirements, perform Gap analysis, As-is & To-be mapping, Business process modelling, ensure delivery readiness, perform testing and training end users
- Unlock new revenue streams by reinventing into digitally centric business models
- Realize business process excellence by driving operational efficiencies and process improvements
- Participate and support in firm building initiatives and help meet team objectives
Requirements
You..- Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
- Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in Swedish language (write & speak fluently) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel
- Implementing solutions for various clients in the consumer goods, retail and logistics space
- Working knowledge on Functional Processes and business strategy experience - omnichannel process maps, solution definition and validation
- Multi-channel program management (requirements gathering to blueprinting and Go/Lives)
- Proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit and team player mindset, and adept at engaging senior stakeholders
- An excellent communicator with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to analyse complex problems independently and deliver convincing presentations to put forth ideas
- Able to establish excellent working relationship with clients
- Able to audit existing ecosystem and suggest strategies for operational efficiency and thought leadership
- A self-starter, able to lead workshops, work in matrix team structure and assume front end roles at client location
