Furhat Robotics has established itself as a global leader in telling the story of social robotics, and this is where you come in.
We are looking for a digital marketing specialist to join our marketing team, and be the front runner of bringing the message of social robotics to the market. Together with your marketing colleagues, you will plan and execute on different campaigns across multiple platforms including the use of e.g. ads, targeted e-mail sequences, SEO and account based marketing.You are data-driven, used to working with CRM systems and comfortable in measuring and evaluating your work through KPIs. We believe that you thrive in exploring different approaches and ideas in a structured manner, and have at least 3 years of experience from similar roles.
While you will have a set of main tasks, our work is highly varied within Furhat and we expect you to support in everything from events to social media and filming should it be needed.
You will be part of our small and experienced marketing team, with great opportunities to grow for the right candidate. Strategizing, planning and coming up with creative ideas together with the team is an important aspect of your role. With offices in Stockholm and Boulder, US, you will be part of a diverse and international company characterized by a friendly, ambitious culture.Your work will cover both our robots, Furhat and Misty, and their corresponding brands.

We will start evaluating and meet candidates in mid-August, due to the team being on holiday.
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will: Drive traffic and engagement across different platforms that translates to sales and brand promotion
Implement lead generation tactics across all digital channels, with focus on website, including dynamic landing pages
Measure and improve user journies on our websites, with focus on optimizing visitor conversion using state of the art tools
Track the performance of marketing campaigns, and continuously work to improve and increase performance
Analyze data from both potential and existing customers and come with suggestions for, as well as execute on, ideas to improve both sales and post-sales experiences
Work with your colleagues in marketing, sales and customer success to design and setup the overall customer journey, using e.g. e-mail campaigns and targeted messaging
Manage digital marketing budget allocated across different platforms
Collaborate with the team to strategize on quarterly campaigns and marketing initiatives, including our bi-yearly Furhat Conference
Support in event planning and execution
Skills & Requirements
To be an ideal candidate, you must have: +3 years experience in digital marketing and automation marketing
A data-driven approach, and enjoy defining and measuring KPIsExcellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Strong collaboration abilities with an international team
Experience in working with paid ads and google analytics
Hands-on experience from tools such as CRM systems, e-mail sequencing softwares and A/B testing
Thorough knowledge in modern digital marketing tools both in setting up digital marketing funnels online, to tracking audience behaviour and supporting our sales team with data on a daily basis to allow them to close deals
Willingness to work in a fast paced and often changing environment
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
Hands-on mindset, with the passion to do things yourself, from analyzing previous marketing performance, coming up with new hypothesis to test and measure, to scheduling ads and digging through analytics data
Minimum BSc in business administration, marketing, communications or relevant field
It would be great if you also have: Native/bilingual proficiency in English
Experience in marketing to academic and research audiencePrevious experience working with startups
