The Role
As a Network Technical Program Manager (TPM) you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end delivery of complex network projects within our organization. This role requires strong technical expertise in networking, project management skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams. The Network TPM will coordinate multiple programs, ensuring that network infrastructure improvements and innovations are deployed effectively, within scope, on time, and according to budget. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex, large-scale network programs that involve multiple stakeholders. Ensure alignment with organizational goals, ensuring programs are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop comprehensive program plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management. Oversee the execution of network infrastructure and improvements, ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with engineers, network architects, vendors, and other cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize network solutions. Act as the primary liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
- Communicate program status, risks, and milestones to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Provide regular updates on progress, ensuring clear communication across all levels.
- Identify program risks and proactively develop mitigation plans. Address any issues or roadblocks that may impact program success and delivery timelines.
- Implement best practices and process improvements related to network engineering and operations, ensuring the highest levels of performance and efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices.
- Years of Experience: 12+ years in telecom domain, with at least 5 years as a Program Manager
- Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership; excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to manage conflicts.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of telecom business models; ability to link technical solutions to business outcomes; experience in preparing business cases.
- Education & Certification: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in relevant fields; certifications like SAFe or similiar.
- You will be required to pass through SC Security Clearance if you are successful in this recruitment process, which is a condition of undertaking the role
