Your role

Are you passionate about shaping the future of learning in an organization where competence development is a strategic priority? We are looking for a proactive and collaborative individual who thrives on taking full ownership - from analysis to execution - and who knows when to act independently and when to bring key stakeholders into the process.

As part of our Learning & Development team within Group Human Resources, you will play a key role in developing Saab's Learning Landscape. You will work closely with Group Strategy, internal competence owners in critical technology areas, and learning stakeholders across our Business Areas and Operational Companies.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and drive learning initiatives in critical competence areas in close collaboration with competence owners and drivers to support Saab's business needs
  • Consult with key stakeholders to develop and design strategic Learning Journeys including senior business leaders, Technical Competence Owners, Subject Matter Experts and external partners.
  • Explore innovative approaches to designing comprehensive learning journeys. Curate content for the target audience, manage suppliers, develop learning pathways, programs, and campaigns to enhance the overall learning experience.
  • Leverage data for strategic decision-making, ensuring that our learning initiatives deliver measurable impact and effectiveness.
You will be part of a dedicated Learning & Development team that works cross-functionally to drive Saab's overall Learning Strategy. We are responsible for common guidelines, processes, and solutions - from Strategic Workforce Planning to developing learning offerings in critical competence areas.

Learning & Development serves as a key interface towards competence owners, Business Areas and Operational Countries ensuring that our Learning Strategy is aligned with the Strategic Business Plan. We develop learning offerings to bridge common short- and long-term competence gaps across the organization.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a strong drive, a holistic mindset, and the ability to take ownership of complex initiatives from start to finish. You know when to take action independently and when to involve key stakeholders. You are a good communicator, a natural networker, a teamplayer and a strategic problem solver who creates business value through learning.

Required skills:

  • A relevant academic degree.
  • Extensive experience from Learning & Development
  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
  • Strong collaboration and networking skills
  • Project-, stakeholder- and change management skills.
  • Strong self-leadership with the ability to drive initiatives independently
  • Holistic approach with a growth mindset.
  • Experienced in Learning Performance consulting

Desired skills:

  • Experience from supplier management and procurement of learning services.
  • Experience leading learning initiatives in technology-intensive companies, preferably from Manufacturing, Production and / or Logistics.
  • Knowledge and interest in Learning Technology and Learning Experience.
  • Experience and interest from People Analytics and Metrics within L&D or other HR perspectives
  • Experience in learning transformations
  • Experience from industry and academy collaboration with a focus on learning.
  • Leadership experience.

The position can be located either in Stockholm at Saab HQ, Linköping. Gothenburg or Malmö.
