Senior Workday consultant

In this role, you will be part of growing the Workday community in Capgemini. You will primarily focus on one of our key clients, who is undertaking the largest implementation of the Workday solution in the Nordics.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with our client's HR department to understand their specific needs and requirements, and translate them into effective solutions utilizing the Workday platform.
• Configure the Workday platform to meet the unique business requirements of our client.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to end-users.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations to educate clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Workday with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization.
• Use your troubleshooting and triage skills. Manage, support and oversee bi-annual Workday upgrade for the area of your expertise.

Who you are:

• Proven experience as a consultant or direct involvement in the implementation/maintenance of Workday, either as a consultant or as a member of a company that purchased and implemented Workday.
• In-depth knowledge of the Workday HCM platform, including specialization within core HR, compensation, benefits, learning, recruiting, onboarding and/or projects.
• Relevant certifications in Workday HCM.
• Proficiency in designing and/or configuring business processes in Workday.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong architect mindset.
• Strong project management skills.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science).
• Fluent in a Nordic language.
