Description of the position:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing and logistics).
  • Prepare and deliver reports on account performance and forecasts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles.
  • Experience in consumer electronics is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster client relationships.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
  • Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Customer-focused with attention to detail.
  • Adaptable and resilient under pressure
  • Fluency in English or Swedish/Danish/Norwegian is essential.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events (if applicable).
  • Valid driver's license (if necessary).
