Marketing Coordinator
You will work closely with the team to deliver high quality marketing materials and campaigns, ensuring that marketing projects are smoothly executed from start to finish.

The role
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our marketing operations, responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of marketing projects. You will ensure timelines are met and collaborate closely with the team to deliver compelling marketing materials.While your focus will be on project management, you will also contribute hands-on to the production of content, working with internal and external stakeholders. You will also act as a liaison between the central marketing team and local marketing teams across regions, helping to manage requests, distribute materials, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
This is a temporary position for approximately one year, covering a parental leave. You will report to the Head of Marketing Food Packaging Solutions, and work alongside two Marketing Content Specialists, with whom you will collaborate on various projects.Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Project Management: Coordinate the development of marketing materials and product launches, ensuring all projects are executed on time and aligned with our strategy. Oversee deliverables and track progress using project management tools like Asana.
- Operational Support: Coordinating operational tasks within the marketing team, ensuring smooth execution of projects and activities.
- Digital Marketing: Play an active role in supporting digital marketing initiatives, leveraging your knowledge of channels and tools to help us grow our online presence across websites, social media, and digital campaigns.
- Content Creation: Contribute to the production of marketing assets, including visuals, copy, and digital content. You will collaborate with the Marketing Content Specialists and external partners to bring marketing materials and campaigns to life.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the central marketing team and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all projects. You’ll also coordinate the distribution of materials to local marketing teams and maintain brand guidelines.
- Process Improvement: Help refine and develop processes within the team, ensuring that we operate efficiently, especially in areas like content planning and project launches.
- Content & Asset Management: Organize and manage marketing assets on platforms like Sharepoint, ensuring that all content is up-to-date, and well-organized.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who enjoys both the creative and organizational sides of marketing. You are a detail-oriented project manager who can also get hands-on with content creation when needed. With experience in digital marketing tools and channels, you work smoothly across tasks and help keep things on track.You bring a proactive mindset and enjoy finding solutions to challenges in a collaborative and supportive way.
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within a global organization or agency
- A strong interest and proficiency in in digital marketing, channels, and tools, preferably for B2B marketing
- Experience coordinating marketing projects, supporting content production, and managing marketing operations
- Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills
- Strong communication, presentation and collaboration abilities
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively and manage multiple projects
- Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, AI and social media platforms
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
