DevOps Engineer

The Development Platform team is responsible for creating and managing the infrastructure that supports off-board software, which includes technology external to the actual vehicle. This role is essential in developing and overseeing cloud-based systems for our autonomous vehicle platform, utilizing AWS.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable and reliable applications using technologies such as Kubernetes, AWS, Cilium, GitLab CI/CD, Crossplane, IAM, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation and seamless integration of technologies.
• Contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, from initial concept to ongoing maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high performance and reliability of the systems.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Kubernetes, AWS, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience working with Keycloak and other IAM solutions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English (written and spoken).

Education:

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with our tech stack: Terraform, Terragrunt, IAM, Karpenter, Crossplane, DynamoDB, Grafana, Tempo, Loki, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, ArgoCD, GitLab pipelines, Python, Bash, Go, Apache Kafka, Cilium, Redis.
• Experience with Scania or similar organizations is an added benefit.

Other Information:

• This is a full-time, hybrid role with at least two days per week on-site.
• The recruitment process is ongoing, and there are opportunities for contract extensions.
