• Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and returns.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and meet service goals.
• Stay updated on product offerings and fashion trends to provide informed assistance.
• Contribute ideas for improving customer support processes and overall service delivery.

• Fluent in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and proficient in English.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Passion for fashion and understanding of current trends.
• Problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
