Your Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Swedish-speaking clients across multiple channels.
- Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Accurately document customer interactions to enhance service quality.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and goals.
- Participate in continuous training and development to stay updated on products.
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong enthusiasm for customer service and a positive attitude.
- Prior experience in customer service is beneficial, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and handle challenges effectively.
