This is a fixed-term position for 10 months, starting in December.

The role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist within Atlas Copco’s Industrial Technique business area, you will join our local HR team and our aim to drive sustainable growth by empowering our people and organization to reach their full potential in an innovative, inclusive, and customer-focused culture.

Together with a team TA colleague, you are responsible for developing our strategies, processes, and routines to further strengthen our employer brand. You’ll join an exciting time as we have several interesting things happening where you’ll contribute to drive with a focus on higher quality, and efficiency, leveraging new tools and data to create a great candidate experience.

Today we’re working with tools such as Success Factors, SHL, Refapp, Copilot, and Linked In Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process with managers, from needs analysis to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract talent and enhance our market presence using a data-informed approach.
  • Improve and refine recruitment processes to boost efficiency, quality, and the recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Utilize tools like AI and data analytics to optimize talent acquisition strategies and decision-making.
  • Educate and coach managers on best practices in recruitment and talent management.
  • Foster a collaborative environment within our decentralized organization.
Who are you?

To thrive in this role, you enjoy cross-functional collaborations with various stakeholders. You have project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. You are solution-oriented, with a curiosity to learn and stay updated on trends, and tools and share and discuss knowledge with your colleagues.

In addition, you have:

  • Experience in developing and implementing creative recruiting strategies and employer branding activities using a data-driven approach.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, managing the entire recruitment cycle.
  • Experience in process development, utilizing diverse recruitment tools, AI, analysis tools, social channels, etc.
  • An academic degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Location

Sickla, Sweden. We offer a hybrid work setup, with the majority of our time spent at the office but with the possibility to work from home as well.
