The Opportunity

Power Transformers is expanding, we are now looking for a Production development specialist. In this role, you will be part of our production development team, supporting the production and managing the production implementation of the world’s largest transformers.
Working in production development provides a chance to get a broad knowledge of our unit and products. In this role you will lead projects that involve many internal disciplines, suppliers and be responsible for all the project phases and budget.

You will work at production development Transformers on a strategic level, being part of development and investment projects for new equipment.

How you’ll make an impact
  • Identify and implement improvements to our production facilities.
  • Development of new production methods, technologies and changes to equipment
  • Lead smaller to medium-sized production improvement and investment projects
  • Work on productivity improvements.
  • Work closely with colleagues, in-house experts such as the development department and the design department to solve production challenges when developing new products
  • The working days include both long-term improvement work as well as quick efforts to ensure that production works in the best way
Your background
  • You have an adequate university education or long professional experience.
  • Proven experience in production development or similar role
  • You have a high level of self-motivation and curiosity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • As a person, you are driven and goal-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English.
