About the Role

We are looking for a driven, analytical, and business-oriented Talent & Sourcing Strategy Manager to develop and implement WirelessCar’s talent strategy, ensuring long-term business growth. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the company remains competitive in the global tech market, securing the right talent and capabilities to drive future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement WirelessCar’s talent strategy to secure business capabilities.
Conduct organizational readiness and risk assessments related to talent availability.
Collaborate with HR, Procurement, Finance, and Business Strategy teams.
Lead and optimize the Contingent Workforce program in Sweden, including supplier negotiations, contract management, compliance, and KPI follow-ups.
Drive global sourcing processes and develop future-focused talent strategies.
Act as a brand ambassador, positioning WirelessCar as an employer of choice for top IT talent.

Your Profile

Experience in talent and sourcing management within the IT sector.
Background in HR, Procurement, or Business Development.
Project management skills and ability to lead initiatives.
Strong communication & leadership abilities.
Knowledge of legal and financial aspects of contingent workforce management.
Fluent in English (spoken & written).
