DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Contingent Workforce Partner to oversee the end-to-end process for our contingent workforce and shape the future of contingent workforce management at Sinch.
The ideal candidate has experience in contingent workforce management, vendor relations, and workforce operations. The role will be located in Stockholm and will report to Head of Talent Acquisition EMEA & APAC.
Some of your key responsibilities will be;- Manage the full lifecycle of contingent workers (requests, contracts, extensions, payments). You will be the primary person to handle operations in EMEA. In APAC and US, you will have support in local execution.
- Act as the primary contact and advisor for the business as well as HR in questions relating to contingent workforce.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, staffing agencies, and system providers ensuring service quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Own and refine the roadmap for contingent workforce strategy, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Enablement of key metrics reporting and insights for informed decision-making.
- Experience in contingent workforce management, HR operations, procurement, or vendor management.
- Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) or HRIS platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic problem solver with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of workforce compliance, contracts, and procurement processes.
- Experience in global or multi-country workforce management. Experience from the US market is an extra bonus!
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations related to contingent workforce engagement.
