Education background: HR / Communication

Level of thesis project: Bachelor’s thesis

The student intern will help the PSD division develop a standardized approach for managing and delivering learning programs using internal resources, while incorporating modern learning platforms, AI tools, and strategies suited for navigating a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) world.

The goal is to ensure our learning programs are agile, adaptable, and effective in a rapidly changing environment.

Background:
In a fast-evolving VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) world, our current learning programs face challenges in keeping up with the rapid pace of change. Managing projects with diverse internal resources lacks standardization, leading to inefficiencies and inconsistent delivery.

Additionally, leveraging modern platforms and AI tools has not been fully explored, limiting our ability to create agile, adaptive learning experiences.

Challenge:

The main challenge is to create a more structured, scalable approach to managing learning programs while integrating AI and digital tools to meet the dynamic needs of the organization.

Mission:

Standardized Learning Program Framework - A comprehensive guide that includes a standardized approach for managing learning programs, existing platforms, potential AI tools to use, and leveraging digital platforms to enhance learning experiences.

Process Documentation - Detailed process documentation, including workflow diagrams, best practices for using AI and digital platforms, and resource management guidelines.

VUCA-Adapted Learning Strategy - A strategy outlining how to build agile, adaptable learning programs that can thrive in a VUCA environment.

Final Thesis Report - A well-researched thesis that aligns with academic standards, incorporating insights from AI integration, digital learning, and resource optimization.

Qualification:
We are looking for someone with strong analytical and organizational skills, a solid understanding of AI tools, learning platforms, and digital technologies, and a keen interest in project management and learning development. The ideal candidate should be able to adapt learning strategies to dynamic, uncertain environments (VUCA) and demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Strong networking skills are essential, as is the ability to connect with individuals across various levels of the organization. Additionally, the candidate should be proactive in navigating the organization to identify and engage the right stakeholders independently.
