We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our dynamic and innovative team. At Range, we thrive on finding the smartest, most efficient ways to deliver value. That's where you come in. We need someone with a knack for turning complex problems into clear, actionable insights, backed by solid experience in requirements management and an ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
The Role: As a Business Analyst within Data & Technology Range, you’ll work across various Digital Product Areas like Product Engineering, Range Management, Commercial, Range Interaction, and Range Experience. These areas play critical roles in ideating, developing, producing, and ultimately selling IKEA products.Right now, we're particularly interested in candidates who have experience in Digital Product Commercial—helping us maximize product positioning and seize growth opportunities.
You’ll be involved in initiatives like:
- Price Management: Revolutionize how we think about pricing our range to meet the diverse needs of global markets while staying competitive.
- Competitor Monitoring: Be part of influencing our ability to actively gather and analyse information about our competitors in different markets focusing on product offering and pricing.

Qualification
We’re looking for someone who can:
- Translate complex business needs into clear requirements and models, ensuring these are managed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and ensure alignment.
- Analyze and simplify information, focusing on key aspects to drive decision-making and business outcomes.
- Contribute to testing and implementation, ensuring solutions meet agreed-upon business requirements.
- Listen actively, see the big picture, and contribute to strategic decisions that propel our business forward.
