ABOUT THE POSITION
Greencarrier Liner Agency is looking for a new colleague to our Customer Service Export team in Gothenburg! In this role, you will coordinate shipping assignments in alignment with customer and principal requirements and agreements. Collaborating with a dedicated export team, you will engage in daily operational tasks, ensuring excellent service and efficient logistic solutions.
Your main tasks:
- Manage shipping assignments according to customer needs and agreement
- Handle notifications and other necessary documentation
- Book feeder and land transports
- Follow-up on allocation and fill rate on feeder and mother vessel
- Promoting a positive relationship with clients by ensuring timely and proactive customer service
- Communicating with customers and Evergreen with aim to resolve any potential issues or delays.
- Investigate and pursue claims as far as possible
- Preparing invoicing and establishing/updating customer records.
- Build customer relationships and be curious about customer business needs and drivers to better serve them and identify new business opportunities
- Reporting to Evergreen according to requirements and timeframe given
- Participate, be engaged and represent the department/company on internal and external meetings and events

ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE
We are looking for you relevant educational background or/and minimum 2 years’ experience from container shipping, preferably from FCL.The role requires good interpersonal skills when it involves many internal and external contacts. The position requires great communications skill verbally in and in writing, in both Swedish and English. You possess good knowledge in MSOffice365 and find it easy to learn how to work in new systems.
