As a part of the Delivery & Support team, your primary focus will be supporting and maintaining system environments for our clients.

Our Connected Imaging business area provides solutions for medical image management, secure capture, storage, and sharing of medical media, as well as secure information sharing and collaboration across healthcare domains.

In this role, you will focus on supporting and maintaining system environments for our clients, while also working on improving processes related to support, deployment, and monitoring. You will collaborate closely with our operations and development teams.

Part of your responsibilities will include understanding the system, troubleshooting, and diagnosing issues involving workflows, integrations, and database. For major issues found, these will be escalated to the development team.

This role offers variety and challenges, with continuous learning opportunities as e-health services and system integrations evolve rapidly. You will work closely with the entire product team. If this sounds interesting to you, please express your interest in our position.

You can be based in either Solna or Gothenburg, with the flexibility to work from home two days a week and from the office three days a week.

Responsibilities

As our Technical Specialist, you will:

  • Install and configure complex software solutions according to client specifications
  • Handle incoming 2nd and 3rd line support requests from customer IT departments, healthcare providers, and system administrators
  • Support and maintain customer system environments
  • Troubleshoot and proactively drive the resolution of technical issues related to software installation and configuration
  • Conduct root cause analysis and establish preventive measures
  • Serve as the technical expert in upgrade and new installation projects, contributing knowledge on optimal solution architecture and configuration
  • Translate customer needs into technical solutions and implementations
  • Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures and documentation
  • Collaborate with operations and development teams to improve support, deployment, and monitoring processes.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in software installations and configurations
  • Experience in installing and configuring complex software systems (Windows, Windows servers and Linux)
  • Experience with ITIL frameworks and IT service management processes
  • Confidence in navigating in server environments
  • Basic knowledge of MS Servers and MS SQL Servers (be able to run and write Select, Update and Join queries)
  • Solid communication skills in English, Finnish and Swedish/Norwegian
Beneficial
  • Knowledge in installation and configuration on Linux servers
  • Experience from HealthCare industries
  • Knowledge about centralised monitoring and automatic alerts
  • Knowledge of Cassandra database (NoSQL) installation, backup, and recovery
