Program Manager (项目经理)

Responsibilities:

• Define the program scope, milestones, timelines, and identify potential risks;
• Allocate resources to maximize efficiency and effectiveness;
• Take ownership of program budgets, reports, and feedback for stakeholders;
• Lead, manage, monitor and support program plans to ensure team success;
• Adjust the strategies to enhance program performance.

Requirements:

• Professional certification such as PMP;
• 3 years of experience in program or project management in IT or high-tech industry;
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
• Good oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English;
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Lean;
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and emerging technologies;
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills to guide teams and resolve conflicts;
• Adaptability and flexibility to manage unexpected challenges and prioritize tasks effectively.
