Therefore, we’re looking for an experienced and expert Project Manager to lead innovation in the ever-evolving world of telecommunications.

As a senior Project Management team member, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the 5G and 6G waves. Your experience and insight will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality IPs that shape the future of global connectivity.

In this role, you’ll be more than a Project Manager; you'll lead, innovate, and ensure the highest-quality IPs are developed.

What You Will Do
  • Develop and oversee detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring seamless execution and successful delivery.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers and leaders, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and innovation.
  • Build and maintain an inclusive positive work environment that encourages creativity and teamwork.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure projects are aligned with business goals and drive impactful results.
  • Track project progress closely, proactively identifying risks and resolving issues to keep everything on course.

  • Deliver accurate forecasting, analysing trends and identifying potential deviations, dependencies, and competing priorities to inform decision-making.
Skills You Bring
  • You have a strong track record of managing complex ASIC projects or similar roles, delivering successful outcomes in a fast-paced.
  • Nice-to-have experience with pre/post-silicon projects in telecom or semiconductors, adding valuable technical and business insight.
  • A commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in teams and projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building solid relationships
  • You excel at managing multiple high-priority projects with a keen focus, balancing strategic vision with actionable, quality-focused results.
