Senior UX Researcher

About the role:We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior UX Researcher to join our global internal enterprise User Experience team. The Senior UX Researcher will be responsible for leading user research activities to inform the design of our products and services.
This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of UX research methods, strong analytical, stakeholder management and research project management skills. You will become a part of a team with colleagues from around the globe that together support our internal employees across all markets and are the voice of the users.
About the team:The global User Experience research team’s mission is to help develop research informed innovative and intuitive internal enterprise experiences. We do this by deploying mixed methods research across the full product development cycle. We are a team of experts in Generative, Formative, Evaluative, and Summative research methods
The global User Experience team’s mission is to make Global IT simple. We do this by focussing on the end-user with the aim of making their lives easier and more productive through outstanding UX and automation.
Your responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research needs & questions and prioritize research initiatives based on product goals and objectives.
- Conduct research and strategy workshops with demonstrable outcomes using appropriate brain storming, prioritization, etc techniques.
- Lead multiple user research initiatives that inform product design strategies and decisions from planning, to execution, to analysis & reporting.
- Choose or develop right research approach to accurately meet the research need.
- Conduct research using wide variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including but not limited to, usability testing, surveys, interviews, card sorting, etc.
- Establish performance metrics and analytics at research project level and at research workstream level.
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights that inform product design decisions & strategy, improve application performance and enhance user satisfaction.
- Effectively communicate research findings and insights to cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers.

- 5+ years of experience conducting user research in a UX design or product development environment.
- Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, or a related UX field. (Master’s or PhD Preferred)
- Proven track record of leading successful mixed method UX research initiatives that have influenced product design decisions.
- Expertise in a variety of research methodologies, including, but not limited to, qualitative and quantitative research methods such as Survey development, Semi-structured interviews, Usability testing, Diary studies, A/B testing, Concept testing, Card sorting, etc.
- Experience with user research tools and software, such as Qualtrics, Usertesting.com, DScout, etc.
- Knowledge of how to conduct research for service design a plus.
- Knowledge of techniques such as Jobs to be done, double diamond a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage research project
- Ability to work independently
