Customer Experience Manager / Project Manager - Part time
One of Sweden's leading telecom company is looking for a Customer Experience Manager / Project Manager for a consultant assignment. The client's vision is to find smart and unrestricted solutions together with engaged contributors who are ready to join the mission for a society without limitations.
Duration: 2024-11-06 to 2025-01-31, with a possibility of extension.Where: The position is based in Kista, with an expectation to work on-site.
The position is a part-time consultant contract of 20 hours per week.
About the role
Your mission will be to represent the customer’s voice within Entertainment and our client’s B2C regarding the customer experience of their TV & Streaming products, with the goal of maximizing customer satisfaction and NPS. What you'll do
Gathering, analyzing, and compiling feedback from customers, major customer surveys, and NPS tracking, ensuring relevance to the strategy and business goals
Initiating and driving investigations and analyses to enhance customer experience and streamline processes
Leading IT and communication initiatives aimed at harmonizing and optimizing the customer experience, often spanning multiple brands, channels, and products
Mapping the customer journey for Entertainment, collaborating closely with other process and CX owners within our client, and working in close partnership with the rest of the Entertainment team
Who you are
Experience in managing customer experience and customer journeys for digital products in a large organization
Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment
Proficiency in both spoken and written Swedish and EnglishWe are Market Partner
