IT Program Management Lead - Marcom
About the role
We are now seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Program Management Lead within Marcom. This role will oversee and drive the execution of complex IT programs and projects within our various transformation program scope. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in program management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to navigate cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.You will ensure that programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting the highest quality standards. The role also requires continuous interaction with various stakeholders across the group and we are expected to be skilled and effective communicators throughout.

Key Responsabilities- Program Planning and Execution:
Develop detailed program plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget, and manage changes as needed.
- Stakeholder Management:
Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
- Risk Management:
Develop contingency plans and ensure that any potential roadblocks are addressed proactively.
- Budget and Resource Management:
Monitor program expenditures and provide financial reports to senior management.
- Process Improvement:
Implement best practices and industry standards to drive program success.
- Reporting and Documentation:
Ensure comprehensive documentation of program activities, decisions, and outcomes.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in program management or related roles, with a proven track record of successfully managing large and complex programs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional global teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.
- Proficiency in program management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic global environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
