Senior Account Manager
As a Senior Account Manager, it will be your responsibility to oversee the day-to-day multi- channel marketing activities for our brands with a new client across the Swedish / Nordic markets delivering marketing campaigns, reviewing performance and pro-actively providing insights into what’s working well and what isn’t.
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our wider ITG team, to support a busy and growing account. You will be responsible for all marketing account work, across a broad spectrum of media activities, including translation, digital asset production, TVC formats, print.Your tasks will be to help execute the regular marketing activities for each of the brands / markets in your designated area. The role carries the responsibility of customer service delivery, as well as operational excellence.
Our marketing technology platform Storyteq will underpin our marketing services delivery for this client so you will be using a combination of skills between client service, technology and detailed processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building & maintaining strong client relationships
- Demonstrate expertise in creating and maintaining project deliverables such as project briefs, timing plans, status reports, planning documents and contact reports.
- Working with the client to define objectives and parameters of new projects
- Keeping client informed of progress and forward any issues, maintain strong client communication
- Effectively report back to client on campaign and programme effectiveness
- Actively seek opportunities to improve processes to ensure efficient management and delivery of programmes
- Ability to drive through multiple projects
- Act as key client advocate
- Key KPIs to be delivered on a weekly basis to ensure incremental uptake increases
- You have a client-centric approach
- You’ll hold experience within multi-channel marketing specifically social, digital, PPC, CRM and print.
- You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish as well as English
- You have a strong ability to multi-task, managing multiple, multi-phase projects at various stages
- You hold meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to meet high standards for quality and accuracy
- Your organisation and communication skills will be second-to-none and you’ll be a team player with a positive attitude
- You’ll be flexible and able to work in a fast paced, hard-working environment and demonstrate commitment to the role and to drive development
- Experience within the healthcare industry is preferred but not essential
- The role will involve some travel within your region
