We offer an opportunity you simply won’t find anywhere else. In less than four years, Mileway has grown into Europe’s leader in last mile logistics real estate, with a 550-plus team across more than twenty offices in ten countries.

Are you a proactive, dynamic and driven analyst, ready to take the first or next step in your real estate career? We are looking for a Junior Analyst to join us on our new adventure in the Nordics, based in either Stockholm. You’ll be part of a young, dynamic team, working alongside colleagues from all over the world.

You’ll report directly to the Head of Sweden, as we build on our portfolio and consolidate our position as the market leader in last mile real estate.

This is an exceptional opportunity to build and shape your own position as you grow your professional experience. Under the leadership of experienced senior colleagues, you’ll work on various in-depth analyses and create the strong market knowledge we need to help our business grow.

You’ll work alongside our international team, helping drive our premium asset portfolio, and join us on our journey as we develop best-in-class tools and dashboards.

As Junior Portfolio Analyst, you’ll have responsibilities on both a country and international level. As a local market specialist, you’ll focus on the Swedish, Finnish and Danish markets, providing country-level analytics support. You’ll also be collaborating closely with our Amsterdam-based Portfolio Management team on ad hoc and ongoing projects.

In this part of your role, you’ll provide essential support and country-specific insights to the Portfolio Management team as they manage performance optimization and report Mileway’s performance to its shareholder.

Working at Mileway

We offer an opportunity you simply won’t find anywhere else. Launched in 2019, Mileway has rapidly grown into Europe’s leader in last-mile logistics real estate, with a team of over 550 across more than twenty offices in 11 countries.
