Accounts Payable Specialist – Boden

In this role, you will be responsible for managing supplier invoices, payments, and account reconciliations in our ERP system, NetSuite. As we currently lack a digital invoice processing system, we highly value experience in implementing AP solutions, particularly within digital invoice management.
Key Responsibilities- Process and code supplier invoices in accordance with the chart of accounts.
- Ensure timely and accurate distribution of incoming invoices.
- Manage supplier payments and bank transactions.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Support process improvements and workflow development to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with finance teams in Boden and Stockholm.
- Minimum one year of relevant experience in Accounts Payable.
- Experience in AP system implementation, preferably with digital invoice processing.
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Experience with ERP/financial systems, preferably NetSuite.
- Basic proficiency in Excel.

About the Employment
The position is a consulting assignment with a start date in the near future. The assignment lasts for six months or longer, with a full-time workload of 100% and the possibility of extension. As a consultant, you will be employed by Adecco Sweden.Naturally, we have collective agreements.
