We are now looking for a Solution Knowledge Specialist to join our End-to-End Solutions team within the Solution Management department.
Who is your future team?Our vision is to contribute to a smarter and safer world by providing market leading end-to-end (E2E) surveillance solutions. Our E2E solutions are built around our own video management solutions, AXIS Camera Station Pro and AXIS Camera Station Edge, but the functionality extends beyond that with cloud functionality and services.
The End-to-End Solutions team has global product management responsibility for Axis End-to-End Solutions for Surveillance. The team manages the entire life cycle of our solutions - from strategic planning to tactical activities, go to market, and maintenance.The team consists of product managers, product specialists and solution knowledge specialists. As well as working with these colleagues you will also cooperate closely with corporate marketing, global sales, regional sales and marketing.
What you'll do here as a Solution Knowledge Specialist?As a Solution Knowledge Specialist within the Axis End-to-End Solutions Knowledge Management team, your main task is to transfer knowledge from the product organization to our sales regions and our end customers.
You will practically use our video surveillance technology and develop different types of educational material but the focus of the role will be the creation of informative videos. You will also be able to deliver the material through a multitude of channels, including online webinars and training sessions in front of live audiences.
Who are we looking for?As the Solution Knowledge Specialist you will work in an engaged team. We are looking for a driven and structured individual with a curious mindset and a passion for using new technology and sharing knowledge. We believe you have a service minded attitude and that you are practical when it comes to technical matters, as you will need to do hands-on product operation and configuration and document the results.
You have social skills and an ability to manage and perform in a multi-cultural environment with international contacts. You enjoy a high-pace and to have multiple activities ongoing in parallel. You are always open to customers and colleagues, contributing to a good team spirit and a productive environment.
We believe you have a few years' experience from working in a similar role or have experience with working with Video Surveillance systems.
Alternatively, you are straight from education but with a strong drive and personality.
Specific skills we are looking for:
- Curious about technology with a hands-on approach.
- A pedagogic approach, both spoken and written, when explaining technical matters.
- Comfortable with creating video content with voice over using tools such as Camtasia (or similar video editing tool).
- Very familiar with MS Office and experience from Teams and Share point is also an advantage.
- Fluent in English. Swedish language skills are not a requirement, but a distinct advantage.
