It ensures employees are motivated and rewarded both in the short and long term through competitive salary structures, short-term bonuses, and long-term incentive plans.The team also handles plan design, market benchmarking, and global mobility, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory compliance across regions.

As an intern with us, you’ll get to work on exciting projects and: Gain valuable insights into how global compensation and benefits programs are designed and implemented.
Experience the real-world application of market analysis, pay structures, and global mobility policies.Develop skills in data analysis, project management, and HR system optimization.
Work alongside experienced HR professionals, gaining exposure to global practices in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Knowledge and experience
Studying for Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree related to Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or similar field.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
Personal qualities: Self-motivated, proactive in suggesting ideas and improvements.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.Creative thinker with the ability to innovate.
Action-oriented and with an ambition and a can-do attitude.
Collaborative team player.
