UX Lead to Gothenburg

This full-time, on-site assignment is based in Gothenburg and runs from April 21st 2025 to March 31st 2026, with possible extension.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be leading the UX strategy and execution for a cutting-edge digital platform within the logistics sector. Reporting directly to product and business leadership, you’ll guide design processes from research through to implementation.Your work will play a key part in defining how the transport industry embraces digitalization and sustainability, while collaborating across agile teams to ensure a user-centered approach throughout.
Responsibilities- Define and own the overall UX strategy and design direction for the digital product
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to align UX goals with business objectives and technical constraints
- Conduct user research through interviews, usability tests, and competitor analysis
- Translate insights into actionable design improvements that enhance the product experience
- Advocate for user needs across the organization and articulate design decisions clearly
- Develop and maintain design systems and workflows that support scalability
- Lead and mentor team members on UX best practices and methods
About You
You’re a seasoned UX professional with a passion for solving real-world challenges through user-centered design. Your background in logistics gives you a strong grasp of the domain's complexities, and you thrive in dynamic, agile environments where collaboration and innovation drive the work forward.You’re not just comfortable with change—you welcome it, question the status quo, and deliver meaningful, user-driven results.
Experience and Skills- Minimum 5 years of experience in UX design, with proven leadership in user-centered product development
- Strong knowledge of UX research methodologies and usability testing practices
- Previous experience in the logistics or transport industry, especially with the transport buyer perspective
- Skilled in tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar design platforms
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in agile and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Swedish language skills are a plus
