Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer support in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) for travel-related inquiries
- Assist customers with booking processes, itinerary modifications, and troubleshooting
- Deliver information on travel policies, destinations, and services
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Collaborate with the team to improve overall service quality
- Stay informed about company offerings, promotions, and travel trends
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer support; travel industry experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with online booking systems is an advantage
