Investor Relations & Controller Assistant
Surgical Science is a market leading player in the medical simulation industry, on a mission to enhance patient safety and healthcare outcomes with validated medical simulation training.
Our company, headquartered in Göteborg and listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market, has experienced substantial organic growth as well as expansion through acquisitions in recent years and is now looking for a dynamic and motivated Investor Relations- & Controller Assistant to join the team.

As an Investor Relations- & Controller Assistant you will join a Group undergoing rapid and qualitative growth and will, in close cooperation with high-performing colleagues, play a crucial role in handling relations with the financial community.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing logistics for Investor Relations events, including presentations, capital market days, webcasts, and conferences globally
- Maintaining investor and analyst contact lists and accurate records of interactions
- Handling distribution of press releases and materials as well as the insider log list
- Assisting with the preparation of investor communication materials and external reports such as interim and annual reports
- Responsibility for the Investor-part of the company website
- Assisting in budget and forecast processes as well as following up against these
- Project follow-up tasks and analyses within the finance department
- Participate in work with common group policies and procedures as well as documentation of these
- Other tasks and projects within the finance department
We believe the ideal candidate for this role might have previous experience in a similar capacity within an international business setting, but we also welcome more semi-junior applicants. For an individual with the right mindset, this is a role where you can grow and develop as a professional.
Key qualifications include exceptional organizational and project management skills, and the demonstrated ability to prioritize and structure tasks, meet critical deadlines, and efficiently handle logistical challenges.
We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated and adept at working both independently and collaboratively. The ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally is paramount, coupled with a genuine interest in communication and numbers.
High proficiency and interest in written and oral communication in both English and Swedish is essential.
The successful candidate is inquisitive and committed to high quality and accuracy in all deliveries. We also believe you are a proactive and flexible problem solver, demonstrating a willingness to take on responsibilities and tackle challenges.
The position is based in Göteborg, with occasional travel required. The role is part of the finance team at Surgical Science and reports to the CFO.
