Internal Communications Specialist
The opportunity
As Internal Communications Specialist for Hitachi Energy, you will work with strategic and tactical internal communications projects, in line with, local country initiatives, Global Business Communications strategy, corporate identity and brand positioning in the country.
You will ensure that organizational initiatives and projects are effectively communicated to employees and stakeholders, fostering a unified company culture across all levels of the organization. You have a coordinating responsibility for the projects in terms of planning, production, and execution in accordance with the communication plan and country needs.You are responsible to propose and follow-up measurements of comms activities. You will be part of the Swedish Communications Team in Hitachi Energy and report to the Country Communication Manager, Sweden. The workplace will be in Ludvika and travels will take place occasionally.
How you'll make an impact- Leading internal communication:
- Effectively communicate to employees
- Drive and develop internal communications way of working
- Develop and support leadership communication
- Manage communication to new employees (onboarding)
- Plan, edit, and write content for various internal communication areas
- Drive our internal newscast “Sweden Talks”
- Activate sponsorship initiatives towards our employees
- Support in crisis communication; draft messages, handle media and internal management in crisis together with Country Communication Manager
- Organize and manage internal events, including VIP visits and employee engagement activities
- You hold a few years of relevant experience
- Cross functional communication skills
- Industry or/and energy understanding
- Strong networking skills
- You hold experience in international cross-cultural communication
- Exceptional writing and editing as well as oral communication skills in Swedish
- Fluency in English and other languages are advantageous
